Call For Entries 2012
How to Submit
Include a completed and signed entry form
with each entry (only one title per entry form).
To ensure that your entry is properly processed, please fill out the application completely.
Entries must be submitted on DVD format. Entries must have been completed between 2009 and 2012.
The call for entries deadline is Wednesday, February 1st, 2012 (postmarked).
Please mark the DVD and case with the title of your film, running time, your name and contact information.
Also include a synopsis. Additional publicity materials are welcomed.
To ensure the return of your DVD, please include a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Entry Fee
Submissions should arrive with an entry fee of $45.00.

Deadline Submissions must be postmarked by the entry deadline Wednesday, Februart 1st, 2012 (postmarked).
Participants will be informed by March 1st, 2012 of their status.
